Push-up FOMO I’ve had a nagging shoulder injury on and off for years now; it occasionally gets aggravated by too much work in the gym. I back off, and it heals up. Ok, FINE: it stops hurting. I’m good for about a year. This fall, as I coached Nina through her fitness journey for Navy Boot Camp, I joined her in training push-ups and YEP. You know what happened.
Love the title and writing. I had Kilomanjaro as my 50th b-day goal and I missed out and then 55th..yikes I am getting old..60th? Well..I will live vicariously...so go for it and its actually supposed to be a leisurely hike for those who are fit. lol.
